Our Event Space
Space Rental Information:
The beautiful and recently updated rental space is located in the heart of the Downtown York on the second floor of our Beaver Street storefront, and right next to inspiring spaces like Creative York. The private space has its own entrance and is fully set up to host an array of workshops, classes, and parties. Included in your rental is use of tables, chairs, a refrigerator, storage closet, utility sink, bathroom, and cubbies for guests.
The space is rented by the half or full day. This time includes your set-up, event, and clean-up.
Half day (4 hours): $50
Full Day (8 hours): $80
Available time slots are 9:00 am-1:00 pm, 1:00 pm-5:00 pm, 5:00 pm -9:00 pm. If you need a different time frame, please reach out to see if we can accommodate.
Payment & Reserving:
We would love to hear about your event and get you on our calendar! Reservations can be made by calling 717-848-1066 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and submitting your payment in full 30 days prior to the event. If it’s less than 30 days and the event space is available and we can accommodate you, we will.
Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be received by email no less than two weeks prior to the event. If the changes of reservation are less than two weeks prior, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
It is expected that the space and all items in it (including art work), will be maintained and properly restored after your event. This is including but not limited to the cleanliness of the space, trash removal, and proper clean up of all food and drinks.
Cleaning supplies will be located in the space for your use during your rental (i.e. broom and dust pan, paper towels, trash bags, and all-purpose cleaning solution).
Parking and Access:
Good news! There are three great parking lots within walking distance—listed below, beginning with closest in proximity. Street parking is available, too.

2. Central Market Parking Garage, W Phila. St
3. City of York Parking Garage, W Phila. St
Also, it’s worth noting the space is located on the second floor and is not wheelchair- accessible.
